Paul WestExecutive Director
A native of Monroe, LA, Paul has a background of 30+ years in employment, training, and administration.
He worked with the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Ouachita Parish from 1993 to 2003.
He resigned his employment with OIC to journey to Guatemala, Central, America for a four-year missionary assignment. Upon his return in 2007 to the States he went to work for the Living Well Foundation as the President/CEO.
In November 2008, he joined the NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana as the Executive Director.

Juanita WoodsDeputy Director & Director of Programs & Participant Services
Currently oversees the day-to-day operations of NOVA Programs and Participants Services.
She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with concentrations in both Human Resources Management and State & Local Government.
Over 13 years of Human Resources Management experience in Corporate America and Community-Based Organizations.
She has over 10 years of experience directing employment and education programs. She joined NOVA in December 2008.

Regional Administrative Executive Program AssistantSherry Foy
Ms. Foy attended Northeast Louisiana University and majored in Journalism/ Public Relations. As the Regional Administrative Program Assistant, Ms. Foy comes to NOVA with 20+ years as a Professional Executive Assistant. As part of the NOVA Team, Ms. Foy has continually encouraged and inspired all that have walked through the doors of NOVA, she believes in helping people see their self-worth and lets them know that they’re not alone on their journey. Ms. Foy joined the NOVA Team in 2017.
Support Service Coordinator / FOC Coach Monohn Prud’homme
Monohn Prud’homme serves as the Support Services Coordinator and Financial Coach for NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast, LA. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She is a motivated, human services professional with a diverse background in career services. Monohn’s passions are grant writing, policy and education. She joined the NOVA Team in 2018.
Finance / Grants CoordinatorSteve Lindsey
Steven is retired from the Louisiana Workforce Commission. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from NLU/ULM and is a lifetime resident of central and northeast Louisiana. Steven joined the NOVA team in 2018
