NOVA's 10th Annual Update to the Community Luncheon.

It is NOVA's annual gathering for sharing workforce progress, participant impact, and the partnerships helping people across Northeast Louisiana build lasting careers. Past luncheons have brought together employers, community leaders, training partners, sponsors, and supporters.

The program includes NOVA's annual community update, and this year's featured remarks will be from Henry Thornton of Meta. Previous luncheons have also highlighted participant stories, regional workforce outcomes, and the people and organizations supporting NOVA's mission.

Employers, community leaders, workforce and training partners, NOVA supporters, and anyone interested in expanding opportunity across Northeast Louisiana are welcome.

Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Monroe Civic Center, B.D. Robinson Conference Hall.

Choose individual tickets when attending on your own or with a smaller party. A reserved table seats eight guests and costs $350. Purchasing a table is also a meaningful way to support NOVA, even if you plan to fill or donate some of the seats rather than personally bring eight guests.

Every sponsorship includes reserved seating and event recognition. Benefits increase by level, from program recognition to title sponsor placement and recognition during the luncheon. All sponsorships are tax-deductible.
